Midwest Center for Advanced Dental Education
Dr. George E. Kirtley is the founder and primary instructor of the Midwest Center for Advanced Dental Education. The mission of the MCADE is to educate dentists in the advanced techniques of complex reconstructive and aesthetic dentistry in a privatized learning environment with an emphasis on hands-on education.
Dr. Kirtley's Teaching Experience is Extensive:
- Senior clinical instructor for the Aesthetic Advantage Programs of Dr. Larry Rosenthal, the Rosenthal Institute and New York University
- Atlantic Coast Oral Health Research Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida
- Faculty member for Indiana University's School of Dentistry Externship Program
- Lecturer for the GenR8TNext Programs on Aesthetic Dentistry
- Independent lecturer on Advanced Aesthetic Smile Design
- Product consultant for Dental Manufacturers (Dentsply, DMG/Zenith, Jeneric-Pentron)
Dr. Kirtley has received his advanced education through hundreds of hours in continuing hands-on education under the personal guidance of world-renowned aesthetic dentist, Dr. Larry Rosenthal, and through advanced courses with renowned dentists Drs. Peter Dawson and Bill Dickerson.
It is the philosophy of the Center to provide excellence in dental education through limiting class size to no more than 20 doctors per lecture session and three doctors with one assistant per laboratory session.
